The Livingroom Talks Podcast

About Livingroom Talks

Welcome to Livingroom Talks — the podcast for HR leaders and managers who want to cut the noise and truly hear their people.

We explore the hidden noise of modern workplaces — endless dashboards, survey fatigue, and corporate chatter — and why they make it harder to connect with employees.

Each episode features short, candid conversations with leaders and thinkers on what it takes to bring authentic listening back to work. Less noise, more dialogue. Always one practical idea you can use right away.

If you’re ready to hear what employees are really saying — and how leaders can act on it — grab a coffee and join the conversation.
